Kids’ Nature Activities At Risk – Volunteers Needed!

Volunteers Needed for Bioblitz Kids’ Activities

We are putting out an urgent call for volunteers to help us run some kids’ activity tables at our Bioblitz 2023 event on the 29th of April. If we don’t get volunteers, we will have to cancel our children’s activity sessions.

You can help inspire the next generation to care about the environment and local nature!

The activities we want to run include making seed bombs, footprint tunnels, and den building – but if you have other crafty skills, we’d love for you to run other activities, too. If you think you aren’t crafty enough or aren’t sure of what to do – fear not! We will be happy to give you training on how to run the activities and to offer further support on the day.

We rely on volunteers to help us put on events the community loves. If no one volunteers, we can’t run these activities.

Can you get involved?

If you can volunteer just a little of your time, or even if you’d just like more information, please leave a comment below, drop us an email at nature@framptoncotterell-pc.gov.uk, give us a call on 01454 864442, or drop into the Brockeridge Centre during our opening hours.
