Frampton Cotterell Climate & Nature Local Art Exhibition

Frampton Cotterell Parish Council’s Climate & Nature Local Art Exhibition is our annual summer showcase for local artists to share their fantastic nature-themed art.

Everyone is invited to enter Climate & Nature themed artwork in this exhibition– whether you are a seasoned professional, an enthusiastic amateur, or an ambitious beginner, we want to showcase your art. All art mediums are accepted, from poetry to pottery, crochet to collage, wood-carving to weaving …and more!

2025 Exhibition

For the past two years, Frampton Cotterell Parish Council has hosted art exhibitions showcasing the climate & nature themed art of talented local artists – in 2025 we’re going for the hat trick!

This year’s exhibition will be held at The Brockeridge Centre from the 26th to the 31st of August.

Entry to the art exhibition is completely free and all are welcome! Throughout the exhibition week, we will be raising money for Yate Hedgehog Rescue – any donations you can give will be greatly appreciated.

The exhibition will be open from 9AM to 7PM on weekdays, and 10AM to 4PM on the weekend.

2025 Exhibition Week Events

As well as hosting the week-long art exhibition (free entry for all!), we will be organising some special art & nature events during the exhibition week. Fun!

Accessibility

We have funding available to provide a BSL interpreter for the Bat Talk upon request.

We have both visual and audio bat detectors available for use during the optional Bat Walk.

We have braille copies of “What Bat is That?” leaflet and an audio guide on identifying bats.

The Brockeridge Centre is accessible for wheelchair users and people with mobility issues.

We will plan the optional bat walk with the aim to cover accessible routes; there will be a section on flat grass which is suitable for many wheelchairs and pushchairs, but if there has been rain these sections may be muddy.

If you have any accessibility requirements, requests or concerns, we encourage and welcome you to contact us on nature@framptoncotterell-pc.gov.uk or 01454 864442. We are dedicated to improving accessibility for all where we can, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
