At our Hedgehog Heroes Launch Event on Friday June 2nd (2-4PM, The Brockeridge Centre), we will be holding a Hedgehog-themed Cake Competition!
If you can bake a cake that resembles a hedgehog (even if you have to squint a bit…), then you can be in with the chance of winning our First Place Prize, and, even better, to get the prestige of being crowned Frampton Cotterell’s first ever Star Hedgehog Cake Baker!
To enter the competition, bake a hedgehog-themed cake and bring it along to our Hedgehog Heroes Launch Event. Your cake can be any size, but must be made of 100% edible ingredients, including all embellishments and decorations. Please make sure your cakes are made with fresh ingredients and that care is taken to uphold good food hygiene standards.
After the cakes have been judged, you can either take your cake home to enjoy, or you can donate it to the Hedgehog Heroes Bake Sale at the event. The proceeds of any cakes / slices of cake sold will go to Yate Hedgehog Rescue.
