We are continuing to work alongside the previous land owners of the Park to seek relaxations of the restrictive covenants which limit how we can develop the Pavilion.
Although for various reasons progress on this has been slower than we would have liked, the progress we have made has been in a positive direction.
We are hopeful of achieving a successful outcome by the end of the year. When this is achieved, we plan to move ahead without our project to further investigate developing the facilities at the Pavilion.
