Contract Description

This contract is open for quotation to undertake grounds maintenance and grass cutting. The contract will initially be for one year with the option to extend the contract by a further two years subject to satisfactory standards being met.

Submission of Quotations

Quotations should be completed via our Grass Cutting Contract Cost Sheet 2025 and emailed to finance@framptoncotterell-pc.gov.uk.

Returning Quotations

Quotations must be received by 12 Noon on Tuesday 11th February 2025, which shall be the final date and time for acceptance of quotes.

Quotations will be assessed at the Finance and Governance Committee and approved at the Council meeting on Thursday 27th February. The successful candidate will be notified shortly after this date.
