Estates and Amenities Officer

Part time: 30 hours per week

Salary: £17,986 to £20,660 (subject to review)

As a valuable and dependable member of our team, you will manage the Council’s community buildings, play areas, and open spaces to ensure the highest standards of maintenance, improvement, security, and cleanliness whilst ensuring a safe environment for the public and the staff. You will need experience in purchasing, and in maintaining grounds and buildings.

 You will be flexible, able to prioritise your workload, and work on your own initiative where necessary. As part of your role, you will also be responsible for proactively undertaking a range of maintenance and redecoration work as agreed with the Clerk, together with general duties.
