Men’s Chat Afternoons
Date: Thursdays, starting October 3rd 2024.
Time: 1PM – 3PM.
Location: The Brockeridge Centre.
Starting Thursday October 3rd, 2024, Frampton Cotterell Parish Council will be trialling “Men’s Chat” afternoons at The Brockeridge Centre.
Men of all ages are welcomed to drop in at these free and informal sessions. Come along to socialise, make new friends, share thoughts, ideas and concerns and support one another – or simply for a warm place to sit and read the paper with a cup of tea!
Depending on demand, these afternoons may take place weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for regular updates!
Looking forward, in future we would like to arrange guest speakers to present on relevant subjects and to hold drop in sessions with local police officers and PCSOs. We would also love to host board and card games for those interested, and provide access to literature about men’s health and wellbeing. We are always open to your suggestions for other events and activities, so please contact us with your ideas!
