Frampton Cotterell and District Local History Society presentations and talks by Zoom, beginning at 7.30 pm on Wed 16 Sept 2020 , for Members only.
We wish to continue with our monthly talks by Zoom, and will review the Covid 19 guidance again for Jan 2021 . On Wed 16 Sept 2020 at 7.30 pm there will be a short AGM, and then our Chairman, Ian Haddrell , will give a presentation of old photos of Frampton Cotterell and Coalpit Heath. Ian co-wrote the books of photos of Frampton Cotterell and Coalpit Heath in the series Images of England . His collection of old photos is well worth seeing, the contrast between life as it was here in the past and life here today is quite striking.
In order to arrange this Zoom meeting we need to know the names of the Members of the FC&DLHS Society for 2020, there is a £15 subscription. Please contact the Secretary asking for a Membership Application form or download membership form below, for you to complete and return it to her, with payment by cheque or Bank Credit Transfer . A few days before the 16 Sept 2020 meeting we will send the Members clear instructions as to how to use the Zoom link .
