Did you know that cars continue to emit harmful cO2 emissions whenever their engine is on, even if the car is stationary? Leaving your engine on unnecessarily whilst parked is in fact an offence on public roads, and one for which you could be fined!
Frampton Cotterell Parish Council is urging our parishioners to consider the ill-effects of idle emissions. You can help improve the health of your fellow residents and the environment across our village, as well as help to combat CO2 emissions and reduce air pollution simply by switching off your engine!
