Position: Councillor
Committees: Communications & Community Engagement, Events, Finance & Governance, Planning, Youth Services
I have lived in the village for 35 years and also went to both junior and senior schools locally.
Both of my children attend local schools, and as a family we enjoy living in Frampton Cotterell for all it has to offer.
I have worked in the local aerospace engineering business for most of my working life, and now manage a small business on the edge of Bristol with its roots in engineering generally.
Whilst living here we have moved around a little, and we have also been fortunate to build our own home in the village which provided a considerable learning opportunity.
My primary areas of interest and focus are the retention of the villages charm and character, whilst being mindful of the need for progress and well considered/managed change.
Open green spaces, along with plenty of unspoilt areas for walking and a diverse range of facilities that will aide villagers children / grandchildren and future generations to enjoy our village.
Due to my life and career experience in general, I’m able to offer a generally open and unbiased view to discussion and decision making. Furthermore I’d be very pleased to hear from and support any parishioners who feel their thoughts and views are not currently represented.
Please feel free to email me any thoughts, feelings, or concerns you may have.
