Renaming The Park for the Queen's Jubilee? YOU HAD YOUR SAY!

Council Decision on Renaming “The Park”

Recently, Frampton Cotterell Parish Council put out a survey to find out whether or not the local community would like the name of The Park to be changed as part of the Jubilee celebrations next year. Many of you kindly took the time to take part in this survey – thank you for that!

As a result of your responses, the Council has decided not to rename The Park “Queen Elizabeth II Park”. Instead, the Council is now looking into other ways in which our local community can celebrate the Jubilee!

Thank you again to everyone who took part in this survey – your voices matter, and you all have a truly important role to play in helping guide Parish Council decision making. We hope that you will continue to let your voices be heard. We are listening.

With this in mind, we would like to remind you that today, November 30th 2021, is the final day of our Residents Survey. If you haven’t already completed this survey, please do so before midnight tonight, when the survey will close.

Your voices matter; don’t let them fall silent.
